We work hard to get all orders processed and shipped same-day, as long as they are received by 12:00pm EST. Regardless, all orders received by The Bigger O are shipped within 24-48 hours.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?We currently ship to USA, UK and Canada. We eventually plan to expand to more countries.
IS YOUR SHIPPING DISCREET?
We got your back! Your order will be shipped 100% discreetly using non-descript boxes with no identifying marks or branding. It will include the name and address you provide at checkout and a return label to our studio space that is unlisted. Please see a breakdown of our shipping materials here.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx & UPS depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States and Canada: 3-10 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (Covid-19, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
RETURN + REFUND POLICY
At The Bigger O we want you to be thrilled with every order. Due to the limited nature of the products, all sales are final. All of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty and and we are happy to assist in correcting any faulty product-related issues. Our return policy lasts until 14 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. For any questions regarding warranty or returns please contact firstname.lastname@example.org - we can guide you through this process and make it as easy as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please contact email@example.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can usually correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, in rare circumstances products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

All prices are in USD. You can easily convert to CAD with the currency converter option available on the site.
