HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship via USPS to USA, Canada and UK. Once the order is processed an invoice will be sent to you along with your tracking information.  

USA Orders estimated delivery:

  • All orders $100 and over ship absolutely free
  • 3-7 business days at a flat rate of $12

Canada Orders estimated delivery:

  • All orders $100 and over ship absolutely free
  • 6-14 business days at a flat rate of $15

UK Orders estimated delivery:

  • All orders $175 and over ship absolutely free
  • 6-14 business days at a flat rate of $25

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

If an item is found to have manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery date, we will replace it with the same item. All our products are also covered by a minimum 1 year manufacturers warranty.

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO US

In an effort to provide the best customer service possible, The Bigger O has implemented a hassle-free return policy. Products with manufacturing defects must be returned within 14 days from receipt and require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Please contact us at hello@thebiggero.com to let us know of the issue. Please provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product
  • Contact phone number if not provided previously

We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one.

Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse, we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
